หลักสูตรนี้ออกแบบมาเพื่อสร้างพื้นฐานองค์ความรู้และทักษะของผู้ร่วมอบรมที่ผ่านการให้คำปรึกษาพื้นฐานระดับ 1 หลักสูตรนี้จะครอบคลุมถึงหัวข้อเช่น การถามคำถามในเชิงลึก การช่วยให้คำปรึกษาแก่คนมากกว่าหนึ่งคน และการบูรณาการของศาสนศาสตร์คริสเตียนและการให้คำปรึกษา
ผู้ร่วมอบรมจะมีโอกาสในการฝึกให้การปรึกษามากขึ้นเพื่อนำทักษะที่เรียนรู้และอภิปรายในหลักสูตรมาประยุกค์กับสถานการณ์จริงที่ผู้ร่วมอบรมเผชิญอยู่
เนื้อหาการเรียนและแบบฝึกหัดทั้งหมดจะเป็นภาษาไทยหรือแปลเป็นภาษาไทย
หัวข้อที่เราจะเรียนรู้ร่วมกันใน 6 วันได้แก่
วันที่ 1 แนะนำหลักสูตร และ ขอบเขตในการให้คำปรึกษา
วันที่ 2 ทักษะการฟัง
วันที่ 3 ทักษะการสะท้อน
วันที่ 4 การตั้งคำถาม
วันที่ 5 การวางแผนปฏิบัติการ
วันที่ 6 การปรับเข้าสู่วัฒนธรรมและสรุปบทเรียน
This course is designed to train the participants in foundational counselling skills useful for all kinds of helping relationships. The course will cover topics such as listening skills, summarizing skills, reflecting skills, asking good questions, making action plans and cultural adaptations.
Students should gain both knowledge and confidence to use new skills even in very diverse kinds of helping relationships. Past students have stated that this course teaches essential skills and principles that are highly underrated in most Thai helping relationships.
All material and exercises will be conducted in Thai or with translation into Thai.
