หลักสูตรนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อช่วยผู้เข้าอบรมมีทักษะพื้นฐานในการให้คำปรึกษาที่เป็นประโยชน์สำหรับการช่วยเหลือในทุกด้าน หลักสูตรนี้จะครอบคลุมในหัวข้อต่างๆ เช่น ทักษะการฟัง, ทักษะการสรุป, ทักษะการสะท้อน, ทักษะการตั้งคำถามที่ดี, การวางแผนการปฏิบัติการ, และการปรับตัวทางด้านวัฒนธรรม เนื้อหาและการฝึกปฏิบัติทั้งหมดจะสอนเป็นภาษาไทยหรือแปลเป็นภาษาไทย
การอบรมนี้เป็นการอบรมที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยมีจุดประสงค์ในสอนทักษะต่างๆ ที่ใช้ได้จริงสำหรับทุกความสัมพันธ์ ผู้ร่วมอบรมจะได้ความรู้และความมั่นใจในการใช้ทักษะต่างๆ ในการช่วยเหลือในหากหลายความสัมพันธ์ จากประสบการณ์ของผู้ที่ผ่านการอบรมแล้วกล่าวว่าการอบรมนี้สอนทักษะและหลักการที่สำคัญในการให้การปรึกษาที่เหมาะสมในการให้การช่วยเหลือในประเทศไทย

This course is designed to train the participants in foundational counselling skills useful for all kinds of helping relationships. The course will cover topics such as listening skills, summarizing skills, reflecting skills, asking good questions, making action plans and cultural adaptations.
Students should gain both knowledge and confidence to use new skills even in very diverse kinds of helping relationships. Past students have stated that this course teaches essential skills and principles that are highly underrated in most Thai helping relationships.
All material and exercises will be conducted in Thai or with translation into Thai.
